Hello. Trying to learn KVS. I really did not want to have to ask but this has me stymied:

"When DL award level is reported as Unknown (CX/FX), double-click the segment or activate the [Info] Mode and cross-reference the mileage level required (SM) with the SkyMiles Award Charts...to determine the actual award type. The [Airline:] selection must be set to DL for the SM info to show."

I get as far as finding Unknown award levels (eg FX) -- but what exactly am I supposed to see when I double-click the segment? I'm just getting a menu box
that includes "copy, send, etc." And how do I activate this mysterious "[Info] Mode"? Cannot find any reference to said mode anywhere in the program.
