If you are set in this being your routing you will need to look at possibly making one "general" booking that can bring you from DME to MBJ with a stop in YYZ for a prolonged period. And then create a second booking from YYZ-YVR. Sure it will cost an extra fare but you'll be getting the routing you want on an otherwise illegal booking.
Also, depending on your carriers you can try look at the availablity flying over the Pacific Ocean to the Carribean. The flying time will be much greater and they will need to fly back over the Pacific to avoid an Around the World fare, but it will save you the extra 25,000 miles per person booking from YYZ-YVR. In this case trans-Atlantic flights are out of the question.
Also MPM is something that the ticket publishers must follow so I doubt you'll find something that breaks the MPM ruling.
