Ouch!

YYZ is under MPM, but I need a stop at YVR. The idea is for my parents to come from DME to me at YVR and then come together somewhere warm like Caribbean. Looks like this will not work, unless there is some obscure "published routing" from DME to Carribean (MBJ?) that goes via YVR, which I doubt.

Do you know if it's only Aeroplan that can validate route based on "published routing" even if it exceeds MPM, or do other A* awards (like bmi) also allow over MPM for published routings?
