Was check in quick and efficient?

No, it was not. I was rebooked onto an itinerary the next day though a same day itinerary was available and easily achievable after a cancellation. A call to the Super Elite desk that was supposed to fix this did not, and so the checkin desk agent had to redo it. The slow and inefficient had nothing to do with the checkin desk but everything to do with mangling my itinerary without involving a human being in the first place, and then by the screwup at the super elite desk. The checkin desk agent had to fix all of that and did a good job.

Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient?

Yes, it was not material though as security was empty in all lanes.

Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks?

Yes, MLL good as always.

Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient?

Priority boarding was ignored by the gate agents at YUL as they usually do. Big lineups being processed while the automated preboarding announcement going on. So while the computer offered it the people did not and no it was not efficient.

If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates?

There was a delay and there were no updates available whatsoever.


Onboard - Y cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed?

Crew was great.

If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates?

Yes, the pilot provided info and updates.

Was the IFE activated on the ground?

Yes. I did not use it for fear of reboot.

Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service/Onboard cafe to begin?

Immediately.

How was the quality of the meal/Onboard cafe?

Just had the snack.

Did the cabin crew offer water regularly throughout the flight?

Yes, though flight was short.

Post departure
If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time?

I am underwhelmed with SE status and don't see that it adds any real value beyond a few extra upgrade points, especially when I lose my upgrade and am not offered anything in return.
