I have a stay at a hotel for next week [in 2 days]. I called the Concierge. I was told the hotel was sold out so no upgrade possible. I called the hotel directly and the front desk manager noted the hotel was sold out the 1st night and upgraded me to a suite. Have others had this kind of experience?
