When I talked to a CSR yesterday she said that if you book an award ticket and cancel within 24hrs, everything will be refunded. But when I click on "cancel" ticket (it is <24hrs) it seems to show that only the miles and tax will be refunded, not the $25 service fee (this is thru a Gold's account)
Well, its too late now, but I'd still like to have an answer for next time. Is the close-in ticketing fee refunded if cancelled <24 hrs or not?
