My feedback:

Last year I flew couple of times with SQ having payd economy full fare on ZRH-SIN-ZRH and MUC-SIN-MUC .

I called many times M&M, SQ and tried also a visit while in SIN at the Paragon center on Orchard road...

never been able to use LH vouchers or upgrade with M&M miles
