Oneworld and Deutsche Bahn

On www.oneworld.com there is an item

"Combining quality air and rail services throughout Europe.

Oneworld and Deutsche Bahn, Europe's largest railway operator, have teamed up to offer more destinations and travel options. Our combined air and train tickets extend our networks to offer travel connections within Germany and to other popular destinations like Zurich, Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam."

How does this work? Are there BA miles or tier points available by travelling on Deutsche Bahn (I guess in connection with a flight)?
