If (on an intl. flt.) I have already been confirmed in "C" class (via an evip), and the flight I want to change to also has "C" availability, does this meet the "yes" restriction? Or does the restriction apply to the initially booked "y" class ticket--so if, say, I purchased a "Q" class ticket, does "Q" also have to be available on my new flt.?
My understanding is that Q would have to be available. If Q and C are both available, you can change into Q and then your upgrade into C would clear.
