Well said. We don't have a Starbucks in our city in China (they are threatening) but all the coffee houses make their coffee so strong that you can't just sip a few cups without getting the jitters.

My Japanese wife feels Canadian / American style coffee is just too weak - not that Starbucks is as weak as a Tim Horton's or Dunkin Donuts's coffee but it is decent drink you can drink throughout the day.
