The cheapest flight I could find was about $300 or so, but I got it on Priceline for $175.
Since I flew e-ticket, I only had a boarding pass. Do you think I could mail the stubs in to get credit? So far, no credit has been posted. I'm more interested in the credit for segments than actual mileage, but I'd definitely like both. I hope someone with some personal experience with Priceline will comment.
The bad thing about Priceline is that you can only pick the dates of travel, not the times, ergo I got into my destination on the last flight and left on the first flight. This particular trip was unusual for me, because usually I like to travel in the morning and have a meeting that afternoon. I could not use Priceline for that situation, since I have no control over my times of flight.
I will only use Priceline on those rare occasions when I travel on days entirely separate from meetings or events, and then only when regular tickets cost more than about $275.
