That was Dr G P Barton QC. He didn't threaten to sue, he actually did.

QF did the same thing. I recall an ex work colleague of mine who took VR and bought life memebership to the QC and used to go the airport each day and use the lounge as a free office/bar without every flying anywhere. He was outraged when QF changed the rules and you had to be flying that day to gain access. How cheap is that!
