Checked in today, January 16, for a four night stay which I will be cutting short and moving to the Westin Moana. The front desk informed me the club lounge is closed due to 'unforeseen circumstances.' I repeat, the Leahi club is not open despite whatever the news article said.

The hotel is oversold, an absolute mad house. Check-in lines of 30 minutes plus even for plats. Nothing about this place is relaxing now. Too many people, too chaotic and even management has no grip on the situation.

So here I am in my parking lot view room, warning other plats to stay far away for at least the two weeks or so while the hotel is bursting at the seems and failed to open its lounge as promised.
