You will have to do this as a KLM award. You can use airfrance.com or klm.com to find "classic" award availability in Flying Blue. Once you find that, you can call Delta to redeem it (cost will be at the low level). Unfortunately one cannot redeem for most SkyTeam awards on Delta's website.

It may also be possible to do this as a KQ award as well, but I am not sure if they would permit such a routing as ATL-XXX-NBO-ADD with XXX being some point in Europe.
