Similar destinations are a bit of a challenge. Algiers isn't exactly set up for tourism (and there is a real risk of the revolution spilling over there too). BA don't yet fly to RAK and Libya is a PITA from a visa perspective. Perhaps a trip to Cairo or SSH?
