UPDATE my post of below: SPG>WN transfer went through exactly 7 days after I made it, almost to the hour. Friday afternoon Jan 7 to Friday afternoon Jan 14.

"Another data point: On Friday I requested transfer of 20K Starpoints plus 5K bonus for 16.5 WN credits. Still nothing in my RR account as of 3 pm CST Monday, 3+ days later..."
