MAN EK Lounge, friendly staff, good selection of drinks, wines, spirits and champagne. Hot and cold food available. Showers too. Also a nice view of the apron and runway. Downside is the walk to the gate.
Anyone flown through Narita? Which lounge do they use? Any access for skywards gold?
