Did some research before I saw this thread. ITA Matrix is sometimes coming up with considerably higher prices than what I had already found, which were available. Searches for "Premium Coach" seem to be returning discounted business fares (Z) sometimes rather than E+ fares (using that term generically, such as T on BA and K on VS). Kayak seems better but still appears to be missing some, esp. discounted E+ fares.
