I am a UK Exec Club member currently in the USA.
I need to change a return miles flight in club leaving tomorrow afternoon.
The US Executive Club refused to touch my booking (after 30 minutes on hold), and the UK reservations line is closed.
I need to change my booking within 24 hours of the departure of the flight I am currently booked on, and so if I wait for the UK office to open tomorrow, I will miss this window.
Is there anything I can do?
For whatever reason, I cannot change the booking online, and have already called the Exec Club a few days ago as I have already made one change (and they did it by phone without a fee).
Any ideas?
