I am convinced that that is the reason we did not all clear last year, as IM released the upgrades one a a time. C cabin almost empty when I booked, and I was told I was almost certain to clear all the upgrades. We ended up only clearing 4 out of 5, and 2 of the seats were right next to the restroom.
<Since you are GS call GS CS and they will upgrade them for you>
