I am Emerald Club and am booking a car for one day, using a free reward day, but otherwise making the reservation the same way I always do. A message appeared stating that the reservation may require a coupon and so I may need to be sure to have the coupon with me when picking up the car.

Do I actually need a coupon? Thanks.
