Sent an e-mail to BAEC in NA - trying to get Miles re-deposited and a refund for taxes - reward flight aborted due to Heathrow Chhristmas disaster.
Mysterious reply from "Ray Chaser".
I know that Americans have odd names, but this sounds a bit odd.
