It was basically 2.1 cents per mile.
I know they don't count towards status, just useful for reimbursement purposes.
Do most people accept or decline these offers? I ended up declining.

I have cheaper ways of getting miles than the mileage multiplier deals. If you have some specific goal and target date.... like getting enough miles for award travel at some date then it may be worthwhile for that specific objective.
I would save my dollars and do a good MR... giving me status miles as well as total miles.
