I just used a 100 cert online, the total price was 139, and during checkout it said it was 39, but i was charged the full 139 and the receipt shows the full amount and 99+40 and no 100 discount, is this normal?
My card was charge the 139 too. So does the cert discount suppose to show on my receipt?
The csr claims the 100 discount was applied
