I've only flown in and out of MAN once....a couple of years ago.
I found it awkward to navigate through...seemed to be a lot of right and left turns through corridors as well as a few ups and downs in lifts. They were working on it at the time so that might have had something to do with it. The BA lounge was nice and the Winslow lounge wasn't too bad either.
