NOBU has my vote. There is only 20-some places worldwide (hope thats enough to consider a chain) and I've been to 6 of them all internationally. I love the Sashimi Tacos with Yellowtail,Beef Tataki with Ponzu and Garlic Chips and Soft Shell Crab Rolls..
