'Eligibility for medical transport is contingent upon the covered Cardmember or family member not 1) traveling against physician's advice or 2) traveling with a pre-existing sickness, illness, or injury**, or 3) traveling to seek medical treatment.'

'** A pre-existing sickness, illness, or injury is any medical condition that has manifested itself, become acute, or was being treated in the 60-day period immediately prior to the start of a trip.'
