That explains exactly what I am seeing. Thanks for the explanation although I am not happy. Mileage-wise M&M has just become absolutely uninteresting to me. I'll probably stay FTL just for the lounge access on segments but will shift most of my flights back to KLM and AF where I am Platinum and actually get more miles than on LH, unbelievable as it is...
