For possible future reference, where is the line drawn (and I know I'm asking for speculation)? I mean the promo terms say that travel booked on travel websites qualifies, so I'm guessing that if I book a hotel res on orbitz or something like that that they would allow it. Is it just a matter of how well known it is, or does it only depend on what designation is given by the company who receives the charge?
