Service on AA's international routes is luck of the draw. It is either good or really bad. One never knows what one will experience until you step on the plane. There is no consistency.
On flight from DFW->NRT FA slam the beverage cart on me on 31B. Same FA slam the cab my way back on NRT->DFW this time on 31H, then she asked me "Wasn't you over there the other day?" I guess consistency is love
