Why is the ex-UK fuel surcharge cheaper from GLA- JFK (adult - 333.00CAD, 234.00 CAD child) whereas GLA-YYZ is 432.00 CAD each for adult and child???

Total ex-UK fuel s/c GLA-JFK is 899.00 CAD for 2 adults one child, whereas ex UK fuel s/c is 1296.00 CAD GLA - YYZ

This is getting funner every minute...
