I have been speaking with the Hotel about a booking.

The only Platinum upgrade possible is to an upper level Ocean Facing Retreat.
If you book this class of room, no further upgrade is possible.

The Hotel has three types of suite that are all coded as Specialty Suites:

Marvellous Suite
WoW Suite
E WoW Suite

None of these are therefore available as Platinum guest upgrades.
