Ugh.
We just got a complaint forwarded from our corporate HQ about a guy who claimed he was treated extremely rudely and refused service due to a medical issue.
Fortunately, we have security camera footage (with audio in HD!) and watched the video for the entire day.
No person even
closely resembling the man's description of himself EVER approached any of our employees, and none of the customer interactions for the whole day were anything remotely like what he described.
As best we can tell, it's an entirely made-up complaint designed to get compensation of some sort. I only hope our corporate HQ backs us up...
