This hotel is awful. I stayed there out of loyalty for Starwood. I stayed about 5 times this past year. I am now boycotting this hotel. Its old and the rooms are not nice at all. The service is not very good and I have had many arguements with them. I would not call this a five star hotel. This is the only place on earth where I would defintely choose the Hyatt. Its like apples and oranges. I am a very loyal SPG member but sometimes you have to make an exception.

One major problem is that the hotel is located quite far from the city. This hotel is not central. It is located near the Hong Qiao airport. It requires a 20/30 minute ride into the city.
