Must be the luck of the draw. I have never had an issue getting a cabana during the mornings and afternoons. Have used them mainly during the day although I do recall one late night flight back to LHR as well where a cabana was immediately available.

There are about 6 or 8 cabanas. Fairly sure you cannot book them in advance.
