I've never understood why they didn't just put it in a containment done, slide it onto a base, drive it onto a truck, and take it someplace to blow it up.

This nonsense of closing cities and airports for hours on end every time somebody misses the garbage can with trash (or in some cases, actually throws away trash) is just silly.
