I was told I hadn't reserved a car while in Australia. I was able to verify that I did.

It turns out that everyone was on holiday in Australia, so none of the rental companies had any vehicles.

Sucked for me. In Australia with no car...luckily it was a business trip, so I wasn't held back too much.
