Do you have a specific source for this data (as in, the location where it could be examined)? I'm curious as to whether that's 2" of snow, or 2" of liquid equivalent. Also, perhaps more important in ATL is the frequency of freezing rain. I don't think that "ice storm" is such an uncommon phrase in ATL, right? Seems like they might want to have some sand/salt trucks around for those.
