So what you are saying is that you paid for extra bag
and a heavy bag (or was it two heavy bags?) when you first checked in, but subsequently you reduced your luggage weight and on check-in for your replacement flight, you still had an extra bag but neither of your bags were over 23kg when you checked in the second time?
Overweight bag charges and extra bag charges are two different things so I am getting confused about what you actually paid and what you are seeking refund for.
