Are we really being serious here? You pay for something that you cannot use due to the fact that the seller unilaterally withdraws it (let's not get bogged down with the excuses (volcanic ash, weather etc) as they are irrelevant) and they refuse a refund.

Even for the most steadfast BA apologist on this board this is not on.
