I received a 3 X 5 piece of paper called a "Courtesy Starpoint Bonus Form" from Claudia at the front desk. My copy says "Guest Copy". It was
dated 6/5/02, and signed by Claudia. It has my Platinum Preferred number and my name on it. I was told the points would post right away. If you need a copy please let me know.
