The reason that I’m generally surprised is that I normally fly to the West Coast and more often than not only ever pay between £380 to £450. Granted that was over the last 5 years and prices go up.
In relation to me posting an “an awful lot of threads ranting about fares to the US”....since 2006 I’ve posted 718 times, over a 5 year period 4 are about high fares to the US.....hhhmmmmm...thank you for your post and opinion.
