I need to get some miles into an account to trigger a card to be sent (Gold from last year promotion). It looks like only fligths & financial offers are accepted. As I do not plan to fly on VS partners in next month, I am looking for help with the financial offers:

1. Amex* -- all of these offers have 1000 amex points minimum and say 'to the main cardholder' only. Is this enforced?
2. Diners Club -- minimum 1000 points, but it seems they do not check the name of the cardholder.
3. Foreign exchange -- minimum 1 pound for 1 mile, but unfortunately only on airports in UK. Do they check that your name is the same as the name on the card?

Is there someone who would be willing to change a trivial amount of money on the exchange booth on LHR,LGW,EDI or GLA and quote my account number for miles? You can for example buy 5 euro and pay 0% commision. Please PM me if you can do that.
