Ah, for the days when KLM Cityhopper crews (on those ancient little Fokkers) used to serve the Dutch passengers tea first, then the British passengers once it had got sufficiently well brewed for their taste. Fresh milk, or lemon, of course. They even managed to serve in silly amounts of turbulence*, by hopping from empty seat to empty seat to pour...
