Apologies if this has already been posted, but flew this route yesterday and was handed an 'all day deli' bag with pretzels, biscuits, and a plastic cup of water. All I wanted was a tea, but apparently the bar service has been enhanced out.

I was not happy at all. Despite the lack of real milk and the bad tea, I'll be switching to KLM until this foolishness ends. Funny thing is I don't even mind paying for my drink, but do give me the option. Oh-and ran to the gate from work, so no time for a lounge visit.
