If you still have your original blue card, it should say "MEMBER SINCE xxxx" on your card. However if you have the card with bold letters and numbers like a credit card, it wouldn't say anything. For some reason back then they mailed me two wellcome packets, each of them has a different version of the cards.

Base on your number start with 013, I would guess you joined around 2000, as mine start with 010, and I joined in 1998.
