Oh I had this problem too, and as I was using a Singapore registered credit card, what I did was to insert the postal code of your credit card address under the 'billing address' field, or just ensure that the address is exactly similar to that of the credit card billing address. Annd just add a random 5 numerical code into the postal code. I think it should work that way. In my case, I just subtracted one of the last digit of my SG postcode.

This was one reason why my brother in Canada couldn't register perhaps, as the postcodes in N.America is a combination of numbers and alphabets.
