I also keep the belt on and also need to hit the head on a regular basis. Must be something about an almost 60 body. When pressure overcomes turbulence the decision is easy and quick.

I agree that over use of the sign is a problem. I have been on a couple of recent flights that had the light on until we were at cruising altitude and not a bump during the climb.

I understand that the pilots can see out front much better than I but when its CAVU to the moon and calm then turn the light out.
