I dislike Hilton for requiring an insanely high number of points for their low- to mid-level hotels. Come on, 25--30K for a Hampton Inn in a suburb of a burg town in Ohio or Iowa?? Where the Fairfield or Courtyard a block away wants 10K & has an equally fine view of the Interstate freeway &or the roof of Wal-Mart??
