Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Muffins, juice, latte... easy in and out. Great!
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? No priority for me, but the boarding was remarkably smooth.
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? De-icing.

Onboard - Y cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes, although the SD has a little bit of attitude. Older crew. Efficient but not that friendly.
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? Yes
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service/Onboard cafe to begin? Not long.. can't remember time.
How was the quality of the meal/Onboard cafe? OK.

All things considered it was really a good experience. The plane was in good shape and clean. I watched a great movie and had enough room to recline and relax. Yes, I paid for my sandwich but got what I wanted. I love the gate to gate IFE. I know they sometimes could do better (who of us is perfect?) but really, AC provides a pretty decent product!
